Turning chaos into wow.

Weddings, celebrations, corporate parties and grand openings — planned with extreme organization, high standards, and a whole lot of heart.

Meet your planner

Hi, I'm Lauren.

Born and raised in Grand Forks, married to my favorite human, and mom to the world’s sassiest (and cutest) little girl. I’ve spent years in real estate making deals happen and perfecting spaces — and planning my own wedding is what made me realize how much I love this.

Now I’ve turned my Type-A tendencies, color-coded spreadsheets and Pinterest obsession into a full-blown event planning business. Whether it’s a wedding, a company party or a grand opening, I bring the same energy: extreme organization, high standards, and a deep love for turning chaos into “wow.”

Grand Ritz Events was born out of the desire to provide a service that was out of the ordinary — recognizing the need for that perfect person who blends sophistication with warmth. Let’s make your next event unforgettable.

We’ll talk it through, land on the right package, and I’ll put together the timeline, vendors and design direction.

III

Celebrate big

You show up and enjoy it. I handle the details.
